As a

Furniture Delivery Driver and Handler

at Potvin Construction, you will play a vital role in supporting our Cabinetry and Trim divisions. You will be responsible for the safe, timely, and professional delivery of cabinets and trim materials to designated job sites. This role requires a valid G driver's license, a strong attention to detail, and the physical capability to load, unload, and transport heavy materials--including navigating stairs when necessary.

Primary responsibilities:

Safely load and unload heavy cabinetry and trim materials, ensuring proper handling and secure delivery at various construction sites

Maintain accurate and thorough records of all delivery activities

Communicate promptly with dispatch regarding incidents, delays, or concerns to ensure timely resolutions

Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years' experience in delivery driving, preferably within the construction or furniture industries

Valid G driver's license with a clean driving abstract and insurability

Proven ability to manage physically demanding work, including lifting and maneuvering heavy loads

Strong organizational and time management skills

Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious with a solid work ethic
