The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, routing deliveries for efficiency, monitoring the delivery system, maintaining legal compliance and ensuring that all deliveries are completed in a timely manner. is provided with a company vehicle for use when completing deliveries withing the expected local delivery area.

Additional Requirements

The Mango Vapes Delivery Driver must hold and maintain a valid G Class Driver's license. The Mango Vapes Delivery Driver must provide a clean "certified 3-year driver record" through Service Ontario prior to employment.

Duties

Kindly greet customers and complete deliveries within a timely manner Review and report any maintenance requirements for the company vehicle Maintain a clean and tidy delivery vehicle. Work with management staff to ensure that customer needs and special requests are met. Review Government Identification for each delivery order to ensure legal age restriction requirements are met. Stay up to date and knowledgeable regarding new products, promotions, sales, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance. Manage time between customer interactions efficiently to ensure all tasks are completed within store hours. Be open to feedback and utilize it to continuously improve your approach to customer interactions and basic position requirements. Collaborate with team members to manage busy periods and deliver consistent customer satisfaction.

Skills

Proficiency in English with strong communication skills to engage with customers effectively. Familiarity with credit, debit and cash handling procedures. A customer service focused mindset.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour
