Minimum Grade 12 education Clean drivers abstract Above average communication skills Above average organizational skills Basic Forklift operating skills Safe lifting and rigging skills
General Duties and Responsibilities
Conducting business in a friendly, professional manner staying focused on the customer's need to expedite pick-up and delivery Loading/Unloading repairs and goods safely using the proper equipment Prioritize your pick-up and delivery schedule to accommodate the most urgent needs first Organize your pick-up's and deliveries to optimize your schedule according to your location Familiarity with downtown streets and loading docks Daily vehicle checks Drive defensively Follow the traffic laws Vehicles tracked via GPS with weekly reports generated to track driver statistics
Equipment Competencies
Forklift (electric and propane sit-down) 1 Ton flat deck with electric hoist
Compensation
Wage depending on experience Benefits package
