Our Commissary serves as the central production and distribution hub, supplying our Bakery Production Kitchen and all retail store locations across the GTA.

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking

Full-Time PM Delivery Driver

to join our Logistics team and support evening deliveries.

Position Summary

The Delivery Driver is responsible for safely loading, transporting, and delivering products from our Commissary to our Bakery Production Kitchen and retail store locations. This is a hands-on role involving loading and unloading, hand bombing, operating carts, and placing product into designated areas at each location. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Complete evening delivery routes to 1 Bakery Production Kitchen and 4 retail stores across the GTA Load and unload products, including hand bombing, pushing carts, and stocking into designated areas Verify accuracy of orders, invoices, and store checklists prior to each delivery Ensure safe handling of all food products and packaging Operate company vehicles safely in accordance with traffic laws and company policies Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery truck; report any mechanical concerns Communicate delays, shortages, or issues to Commissary leadership Assist with warehouse loading, staging, and organization as needed Uphold Summerhill Market's standards for professionalism, quality, and service

Qualifications

Valid G-Class driver's license with a clean driving record Previous delivery driving experience preferred (food or retail experience an asset) Ability to lift 40-50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks Strong time management skills and reliability Comfortable working a consistent Monday-Saturday PM schedule Ability to work independently with attention to detail Positive, professional attitude with strong communication skills
