Summary
We are seeking a Delivery Driver to join our team at BitterSweetSymphony in Falls. This role is vital in ensuring our delicious creations reach our customers with care and efficiency, contributing to our mission of delivering joy through baked goods.
Responsibilities
Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport baked goods to customers.
Ensure timely deliveries while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
Provide excellent customer service during delivery interactions.
Load and unload products with care to prevent damage.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
Communicate effectively with the bakery team regarding delivery schedules and customer feedback.
Assist with heavy lifting as needed during loading processes.
Follow designated routes for efficient delivery.
Proven experience as a delivery driver or similar role.
Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor. Ability to lift heavy items safely.
Familiarity with local routes is a plus.
Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance is preferred.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
