Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to customers\' homes or businesses
- Follow delivery routes and time schedules
- Load and unload packages from the delivery vehicle
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Communicate any delivery issues or delays to the appropriate parties
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and customer interactions Skills:
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Strong customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ability to lift heavy packages, up to [weight limit] pounds, and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and carrying
- Experience operating a forklift is preferred but not required Note: A valid driver\'s license is required for this position.
