Job Description

We are looking for a Delivery Driver in the Mississauga Area. Responsible for the timely delivery of jobs to the customer in good condition, while projecting a positive attitude.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



Deliver orders, obtaining the customer's signature Ensure all delivery deadlines are met Responsible for checking deliveries to ensure they are marked with an address and contact name Load and unload deliveries in and out of the company vehicle Maintain a daily log book of all pickups and deliveries Report customer complaints and comments to your manager Keep company vehicles clean and maintain fluid levels on a regular basis Provide good customer service and maintain a professional manner and appearance Operating the company vehicle safely and in control at all times. Never put yourself or anyone else in harm's way Abides by all company policies set out in the Employee Guide to Human Resources Policies Performs other work as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS



Valid Driver's license Clean Driver's Abstract Good driving record Excellent customer service

PHYSICAL DEMANDS



Ability to lift up to 50 lb. packages Ability to walk up/down stairs Ability to walk across slightly uneven terrain such as construction sites to deliver parcels to site trailers
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.20 per hour
