Delivery Driver Logistics & Client Fulfillment

Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and professional Delivery Driver to support company logistics and client fulfillment operations. This role ensures timely deliveries across the GTA, provides client-facing service, and assists with warehouse logistics. The position begins as a 6-week contract with the opportunity to transition into a permanent, full-time role.

This role is designed to be fluid and evolving, with responsibilities that may expand into routing optimization, ERP/WMS adoption, and customer fulfillment support as the Company modernizes its logistics systems.

Key Responsibilities



Logistics & Driving



Safely operate a 20 ft medium-duty delivery truck. Complete scheduled pickups and deliveries across the GTA. Provide "white glove" delivery service for key franchise clients, including stocking products directly onto shelves. Plan routes and navigate using company-provided mobile devices and routing software. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections, ensuring vehicle safety and reporting issues immediately. Maintain delivery logs, proof of delivery records, and communication with dispatch. Adhere to all transportation laws, regulations, and company safety standards.

Warehouse & Fulfillment Support



Load and unload merchandise with care to prevent damage. Assist warehouse staff in unloading incoming containers and organizing inventory. Support warehouse team with ERP/WMS scanning, bin tracking, and real-time order updates (as systems are implemented). Communicate with warehouse coordinators and procurement team to resolve delivery issues.

Customer Service



Represent the company, its culture and values professionally at client sites, company properties, and in public spaces - this includes on the phone and online. Provide timely updates to operations and customers on delivery schedules and delays. Handle client concerns with professionalism, escalating issues as needed. Ensure accuracy and completeness of delivered orders by following all company policies and standard operating procedures. Adhere to the company Code of Conduct and Health & Safety Policies at all times.

Strategic Support



Assist in the transition to fleet management software and route optimization systems. Support all company initiatives by maintaining accurate vehicle logs and compliance records. Participate in training on all software, vehicle, in-person and online platforms, policies and licensing. All other tasks as requested by management or ownership, ad hoc or scheduled, to support evolving logistics operations.

4. Qualifications



Competencies & Attributes



Professional, punctual, and customer-focused. Strong communication skills across diverse client base. Ability to adapt to new technologies (ERP, WMS, routing software). Physically capable of lifting, loading, and unloading merchandise. Flexibility to thrive in a fast-changing, high-growth logistics environment.

Required



Minimum 3 years of medium-duty truck driving experience. Valid Class G Ontario driver's license with clean driving record. Fluency in English plus one of Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean, Japanese, or Vietnamese. Minimum 3 years of delivery driving experience in urban settings.

Preferred



Experience with ERP/WMS or routing software. Forklift certification an asset. Bilingual in English plus one of Cantonese, Mandarin, or Vietnamese. Prior experience in wholesale, retail, or logistics fulfillment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
