Shift Manager and Store ManagerJob Summary:
To primarily provide top quality customer service over the phone and in person at the store and at the door. To help make a quality product, and to help in maintaining store image and deliver quality food.Responsibilities:
Provides friendly, courteous customer service Deliver pizzas to customers houses Process customer payments Ensures till equals sales totals Ensures image of store to standard (cleaning) Cleans and sanitizes store's production area after rushes Performs customer and security call-backs Ensures customer satisfaction Attends courses relevant to position Helps make pizzas
Working Conditions:
Works in a well ventilated and lighted environment. Must be able to stand for long periods of time Hot during rushes in summer No set break times or ending times Floors slippery when wet Patience required, as some customers may be difficult to handle MUST HAVE OWN VEHICLE
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.60 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
