About the Role

We are currently hiring a

Delivery Driver

responsible for the safe and timely transportation of laundry and dry-cleaning items between facilities, clients, and vendors. As a front-line representative of Upstaff, you will play a key role in ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Operate company vehicles to complete scheduled pickup and delivery routes throughout Calgary. Safely load, transport, and unload laundry and dry-cleaned items while ensuring quality and accuracy. Maintain accurate delivery logs, collect client signatures, and adhere to chain-of-custody procedures. Communicate professionally with dispatchers, clients, and team members to ensure timely deliveries and problem resolution. Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any issues immediately. Assist with basic inventory tracking during pickups and drop-offs. Follow all hygiene, safety, and client-specific handling protocols.

Qualifications

Valid Class 5 Alberta Driver's License with a clean driving record. Prior experience as a delivery driver or courier is preferred. Experience operating small trucks (cargo vans, cube trucks) is a strong asset. Strong time management skills, reliability, and a professional demeanor. Ability to lift and maneuver items up to 30 lbs. Familiarity with Calgary routes and confidence using GPS and navigation tools. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
