The Large Freight Delivery Driver is responsible for?delivering #FreshGLB across the GTA using optimized routing software. The ideal candidate is just as comfortable behind the wheel of a 5-tonne truck as they are engaging with key account stakeholders, and equally happy at the brewery packing daily loads as they are maintaining?an organized warehouse footprint. Key Accountabilities and Activities
Daily delivery route execution operating a 5-tonne delivery truck in accordance with all safety rules and Ministry of Transportation laws.
Utilization of Route Management Software
Executing deliveries with exceptional customer service standards at the forefront of every interaction.
Assist with delivery loading/unloading at each destination (use of pump truck and/or walking dolly as required).
Completion of daily pre trip and post trip vehicle inspection walkthrough.
Basic vehicle maintenance as required.
Daily warehouse organization, picking orders, packing, and staging as required
Necessary Knowledge and Experience
Ability to lift 160lbs (frequent lifting between 20-40lbs)
Delivery driving experience navigating 5-tonne vehicle(s) through Toronto roadways
5 years of mid-heavy (over 4,500kgs and under 11,000kgs) driving experience
Clean drivers abstract - minimum 2 years in Ontario
Must be 25 years of age
Education and Certification Requirements
G License (Required), and AZ License (Preferred)
Forklift Certified - minimum 2 years of operation experience (Required)

Great Lakes Brewery is located at 30 Queen Elizabeth Boulevard in South Etobicoke. Conveniently accessed via TTC from Royal York Station, via GO Transit from Mimico GO, or via the Gardiner Expressway by car.
