Liquid Feeds Inc. (LFI) is a small family-owned business operating in Southern Ontario. Our focus is on enhancing ruminant health and nutrition through the supplementation of sugars found in molasses and whey, along with soluble proteins. We offer products and services designed for dairy, beef, sheep and goats. We have re-focused and re-tooled our products and services to meet the needs of producers and are extremely excited to share our knowledge, products and services with producers in Ontario.

We are very team oriented with a flexible and collaborative approach. We are looking for someone who can work well with others and is organized. Below are the highlights of what the position entails.

Deliver bulk liquid

Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to maintain safety and compliance

On farm product delivery; possibly for 1 to 2 overnight deliveries per month to Eastern Ontario

Ensure that e-logs align with regulations

Preserve a safe work environment by maintaining equipment in a clean and orderly manner and in good mechanical condition

Assist with basic automotive repairs or maintenance when required to ensure vehicle reliability

Some understanding of farm bio-security and knowledge of farm animals

AZ or DZ license

2 years of experience

Versatile, energetic, mechanically oriented

Punctual

Physical work for loading and unloading truck

Reliable strong work ethic

Pay: $32.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
