Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Delivery Helper to join our team. In this role, you will assist in the delivery of goods to various locations, ensuring that products are handled with care and delivered in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to perform heavy lifting as needed.

Duties

Assist drivers with loading and unloading deliveries at various locations. Ensure that all items are securely packed and organized for transport. Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any questions or concerns from clients. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the warehouse. Operate forklifts safely when necessary, following all safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient delivery processes. Perform routine checks on delivery vehicles and report any maintenance issues.

Skills

Experience in moving heavy items and performing heavy lifting tasks. Familiarity with forklift operation is preferred; certification is a plus. Strong customer service skills to effectively interact with clients during deliveries. Excellent communication skills for clear interaction with team members and customers. Previous warehouse experience is beneficial for understanding logistics operations. A background in commercial driving is an advantage but not required.
