ABOUT EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS:

Our team is responsible for creating and delivering mouthwatering fruit arrangements, dipped fruit boxes for to-go products, following the operational procedures set by Edible Arrangements; for maintaining a high quality of customer service and product.

Summary of Key Qualifications & Skills Required:

Since most of our day-to-day tasks are simple but done under strict corporate guidelines, we conduct extensive training for our new hires.... this means previous experience with fruit is not necessary; previous delivery experience and/or extensive knowledge of the Hamilton and surrounding areas are.

We are specifically looking for motivated individuals looking for a stable place of employment - motivated, hardworking individuals looking for a place where they fit.

Some traits we are looking for:

-Applicants MUST be available during the 9-7 window consistently; available to work assorted shifts if necessary.

-Applicants MUST live locally in Hamilton year-round

-store hours are Monday-Saturday 8-7, and Sundays from 9-3. Applicants must have flexibility to work during those hours as scheduled, including weekends and some evenings.

- a positive attitude is a must

- willingness to do hands-on work is a must

- a willingness to work fast and efficiently when the pressure is on, and work longer hours during peak holidays is a MUST (ie: Mother's Day, Week of Christmas, Valentine's, Easter, Father's Day are mandatory,

- excellent communication skills, and patience with Customers and Staff are priorities

- ability to read work orders, and follow other verbal and written instructions is a must

-ability to clearly communicate with others is a must

- organizational skills are mandatory

- ability to left, carry and/or push 30lbs

- ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop through-out assigned shifts

- a High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.

- a valid driver's license and good drivers abstract is required.

Summary of Key Duties:

- customer service/polite interaction with recipients

- loads delivery vehicle, ensuring all products are complete and correct, safely balanced in the vehicle

- updates internal system using delivery app

- follows logical/efficient route, ensuring multiple deliveries get safely into the hands of their recipients

- communicates any issues back to supervisor at store, working toward solutions. Such as calling senders/recipients to ensure that someone is receiving the arrangement first-hand and not left at people's door.

- maintains cleanliness of vehicle, assists with taking vehicle to service appointments/ getting gas

-Doing any store runs for the store if needed such as water, and/or fruit if the unexpected happens

-ensures the quality of each product reaching customers. Not crushed, fallen over, and/or melted. We need you to care about our designs and the person receiving their gift.

We are looking for both Part-time and/or Full-Time candidates. Hours can range 30-40 per week depending on your availability.

Pay: From $17.20 per hour
