Job Summary: The Delivery Driver will play a key role in our operations by ensuring that furniture and appliances are transported, and delivered to customers and making sure the deliveries are completed accurately by adhering to scheduled routes and timeframes, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

Load, transport, and deliver furniture and appliances to customers on schedule. Double-check orders before and after delivery to ensure everything is correct. Help unload products at customer locations and place them where requested. Build furniture for customers when required (as specified on the invoice). Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspection of the vehicle and report any issues. Plan delivery travel schedules and service routes Complete necessary paperwork, such as customer signatures and delivery confirmations.
Skills and Qualification:

High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid Class 5 Driver's License (not GDL) with a clean driving record. Minimum 2 years of experience in furniture delivery, home moving, or related fields. Minimum 2 year prior experience operating a 5-ton truck. Strong customer service skills and the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Ability to lift and carry heavy items for extended periods. Strong time management skills and ability to follow a structured delivery route. Attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring accurate and timely deliveries. Ability to handle basic paperwork and delivery documentation. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Adherence to all safety protocols and traffic regulations.
