Deliver and pick up messages, parcels, and other items by hand Operate and drive automobiles, vans and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products Accept payment or invoices for items delivered Receive and relay information to central dispatch Assemble, install and set-up merchandise/products Keep a record of items received and delivered Prepare, package and restock goods Transport and handle dangerous goods Load and unload goods Sort packages for delivery Pay and receive payments for goods Provide customer service Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle
