Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver to join our team. This role involves transporting goods efficiently and safely to various locations, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely deliveries. The ideal candidate will have experience in driving van, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle physical tasks such as heavy lifting and moving items.

Selected candidates will start assigned routes from Mississauga. full time drivers will be assigned van just to them no sharing with other drivers, Keeping it clean will be solely drivers responsibility. Overtime is available.

Duties

Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products to customers and clients within designated routes Load and unload goods using appropriate equipment such as forklifts when necessary Ensure accurate delivery of items, verifying orders against delivery manifests Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries professionally and courteously Maintain cleanliness and safety of the vehicle and delivery equipment Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members regarding delivery status or any issues encountered during routes Assist with warehouse tasks including moving inventory and organizing stock as needed

Skills

Strong customer service skills with a professional demeanor Excellent communication skills for clear interaction with customers and team members Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently Previous experience in commercial driving preferred Good organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate deliveries Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and navigate routes efficiently

Requirements

Acceptable driving record and full G drivers License.

Previous experience as a delivery driver is strongly preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $18.02-$18.82 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 60 per week
