Delivery Driver (Furniture) - Full-Time Location: Stoney Creek Furniture

Stoney Creek Furniture has been Furnishing Dreams since 1969. What began as a small store in Stoney Creek has grown into one of Canada's largest and most inspiring furniture showrooms.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Delivery Driver to join our Stoney Creek team. This customer-facing role combines physical ability, leadership, and attention to detail.

Ideal Candidate:

Available Tuesday-Saturday with flexibility for longer days Must be 25 years of age, hold a valid G-Class licence and provide a clean driver's abstract Able to lift and maneuver heavy furniture safely Well-groomed, with strong communication skills and a passion for customer satisfaction

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Load delivery truck with support from Driver's Helpers, ensuring efficient space usage, balanced weight distribution, and secure placement of items Lead and coordinate your delivery team to ensure professional, timely, and courteous service Promote road safety by following traffic laws and company driving policies Greet customers professionally; assess delivery location and remove obstacles to ensure safe product placement Assemble furniture on-site, verifying quality and completeness; perform minor touch-ups if needed Collect and load customer returns, complete required documentation, and submit to Warehouse Receiving Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report maintenance issues promptly Uphold Stoney Creek Furniture's reputation with professionalism and customer-first attitude
