The Delivery Driver will be required to drive the company truck 5 days/week and will include the duties as listed below. The shift will be Monday to Friday approximately 8am to 6pm but hours can vary daily/weekly depending on the number and location of deliveries and pick ups.
Safely operate a 20-30 ft truck with the purpose of making deliveries of company product, picking up raw material, packaging or other items related to the production of Bold by Nature products.
Ensure that all deliveries and pick ups are done in a timely manner
Ensure that the paperwork matches the corresponding deliveries/pick ups and that paperwork is obtained before leaving the drop off/pick up location.
Assist in loading and unloading the truck using tools provided (liftgate, pallet jacks, dock ramp and forklift)
Follow planned routes and ensure the most efficient routes are taken at all times.
Always act in a courteous and professional manner with customers, suppliers, co-workers; represent the company in a positive, professional and respectful manner.
Assist in the shipping/receiving department if necessary.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Must have a clean driver's license without any convictions in the last 3 years, and must be insurable by our insurance company.
Must be able to lift 50 Lbs and be able to perform the physical duties of the job.
Must have a G class license in good standing; D license is preferred.
Must have 3 years verifiable experience, driving a 20 ft straight truck, light duty (under 4600 KG); references required.
Have a positive attitude and be a team player.
Monday to Friday, day shift, hours can vary; some weekend work may be required as necessary.
