We are currently seeking an individual to fill the role of Delivery Driver. A key candidate will possess a positive customer oriented attitude with knowledge of the Dawson Creek area, providing customers with fast and efficient service.
Job Duties:
Loading delivery vehicle from a staging area
Delivering to industrial and commercial locations in a timely manner
Document proof of delivery
Learn and follow visitor safety protocols for customer's location
Perform vehicle pre-trip and maintenance checks
Maintaining vehicle appearance and cleanliness
Heavy lifting
Additional duties as assigned by Manager
Skills and Qualifications:
Valid driver's license and clean drivers abstract
Comfortable driving on highways in all weather conditions
Excellent customer service skills
Able to lift up to 50lbs.
Knowledge of Dawson Creek and area
Responsible and punctual
Works well with minimal supervision
Communication skills
Demonstrates professionalism
Previous delivery experience in an industrial setting is an asset
