Responsibilities

Safely operate a straight truck and other commercial vehicles to deliver products across designated routes. Load and unload shipments using equipment such as pallet jacks, ensuring items are handled with care. Plan efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and meet delivery schedules. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting clients professionally, answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction upon delivery. Conduct routine vehicle inspections, report any maintenance issues, and maintain a clean driving record. Assist with warehouse tasks including inventory management, moving goods within the facility, assisting machine operators, working in our finishing department and maintaining accurate delivery logs. Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws to ensure safe driving practices at all times.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a delivery driver, preferably with route driving experience in a commercial setting. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating box trucks or similar vehicles is essential. Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks involved in loading and unloading shipments. Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks is a plus. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude. Knowledge of local routes and navigation tools to optimize delivery efficiency.
