Join us and our fun team of incredibly accomplished individuals! The main role of this job is connecting with customers, while efficiently delivering kegs and flats of beer. You will also operate the canning line and organize product in our warehouse. When you aren\xe2\x80\x99t doing these tasks, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be performing maintenance. Hours will generally be 8 to 10 hours a day, 4 to 5 days a week. Salary will average $28/h. This average will be made up of a $22/hr base salary and $6-$7 average gratuities. Health and Dental Plan will be a $1000/year tax free spending account for individuals and $1500/year for families. This job will include all of the following (plus any other tasks they may be asked to perform by the General Manager and Ownership): Delivery - Delivering products to wholesale clients in a friendly and efficient manner. - Loading the delivery vehicles. Packaging Cans - Running entire operation of the Canning Line. - Helping train canning operators on the correct way to use the canning line. Packaging Kegs - Understanding the entire operation of kegging beer off brite tanks and serving tanks. - Cleaning kegs with the Alpha Keg Cleaning machine will be part of this job. This person will also train other operators on the correct use of the Alpha Keg Cleaning machine. Cellar Work - Though not a primary duty, helping clean fermentation tanks, brite tanks, and serving tanks when needed. - Transferring beer between tanks may also be required when necessary, though not a primary responsibility. General Maintenance - Performing tasks including fixing and sanding tables and chairs, fixing doors, renovation, and building projects. - Carrying out light electrical, plumbing and carpentry work.
