ROLL'D Cannabis Co. is seeking a Delivery Driver / Cannabis Retail Associate for our Kanata location. We are looking for a knowledgeable & friendly cannabis enthusiast, with great people skills and excited to join the cannabis industry to complete deliveries and work in-store between deliveries.

The individual we're looking for is responsible, conscientious, a good driver, and enthusiastic about both cannabis and customer service. Responsibilities include:

Providing delivery service for cannabis orders.

Providing customer service in-store while not out on delivery runs.

Providing amazing customer service, through the ability to engage in conversation and ask questions that lead to a positive customer experience.

Educating customers on cannabis products, consumption methods, accessories and safe practices.

Building rapport with customers that encourage long term relationships with our store.

Staying up to date on industry trends, product announcements, and latest news.

Adhering to company policies and procedures and abiding by all Government regulations regarding cannabis.

Maintaining inventory best practices and ordering cannabis for this location.

Maintaining best delivery practices for this location.

Maintaining cleanliness of delivery vehicle.

Requirements:

25+ years of age

Valid Cannsell Certificate

A clean criminal background check

Valid G driver license

Clean Drivers Abstract

Experience working in sales, retail and/or customer service

Knowledge of cannabis, gained through the regulated or unregulated markets, is an asset

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Flexible with availability and assigned duties

Basic understanding of math and ability to work with a cannabis POS system

Passionate, fun, warm and friendly

Company Vehicle Provided

Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday from 1:45 - 730 pm with opportunity for more in-store hours

Job Types: Part-time (potential for full time), Casual

Salary: From $17.60 per hour + tips
