High end furniture retailer is looking for a delivery driver.

The day to day responsibilities will be:

Ensure accurate and seamless processing of incoming and outgoing shipments Safely unpack and assemble furniture Follow assigned delivery routes and time schedules Adhere to all traffic laws, safely adjusting driving to inclement weather and road conditions Perform basic vehicle checks (fuel, lights, tires) and report any maintenance duties Receiving and stocking items Following and completing daily pick reports Excellent customer service - white glove delivery and assembly in client's homes Warehouse duties and any other duties as assigned

What we are looking for:

Valid class 5 driver's license, clean driving record and able to be insured in Canada Capability to lift heavy packages and perform physically demanding tasks Ability to manage delivery schedules and ensure timely arrivals Ability to professionally interact with customers Basic understanding of delivery apps for route planning and tracking deliveries Previous warehouse experience; forklift experience is an asset Experience in assembling furniture or other related skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
