We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a Warehouse Associate. This role is essential in ensuring that our warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle heavy lifting. Experience with forklifts and commercial driving is a plus, as you will be responsible for moving goods within the warehouse and assisting with customer service needs.
Duties
Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move products and materials.
Assist in loading and unloading trucks, ensuring accurate inventory management.
Perform heavy lifting tasks as required, including moving large items throughout the warehouse.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting customers with their orders.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to promote a safe working environment.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
Skills
Proficient in moving heavy items safely and efficiently.
Experience operating forklifts; certification preferred but not required.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks regularly throughout the shift.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration within the team.
Previous warehouse experience is highly desirable.
