Job Description

We are currently looking for a dependable, physically capable

Delivery Driver

to join our team. This is a dual-role position involving

both truck driving and hands-on physical work

, including loading, unloading, and assembling furniture alongside a helper.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate

3-ton and 5-ton box trucks

for scheduled deliveries Perform

physical loading, unloading, and lifting

of furniture with the help of a delivery assistant

Assemble furniture

at customer locations (assembly experience is required) Drive safely and efficiently while following planned delivery routes Deliver friendly, professional customer service at every stop Complete all delivery-related paperwork accurately Conduct routine vehicle checks and basic maintenance Maintain a clean, organized, and safe truck and work environment

Qualifications:

Valid

Class 5 driver's license

(or equivalent) with a clean driving record Proven experience with

3-ton and 5-ton trucks

Experience with

manual furniture assembly and heavy lifting

Prior work in delivery, moving, or logistics (furniture-related is a plus) Physically fit and comfortable with

regular lifting and hands-on labor

Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Strong communication and teamwork skills Available to work weekends if needed Able to pass a criminal background check

Position Details:

Full-time (35-40 hours per week) Bonus or commission pay may be available On-site parking included Work performed in person with active, physical involvement
