Courier Delivery Driver

Location: Ottawa West Rural

MKW Logistics Group is continually growing and requires a Courier Delivery Driver. Our delivery drivers pick up and deliver shipments in an effective and efficient manner.
This is a full-time position of 40 hours a week. Shifts are Monday through Friday

Key Responsibilities:

Pickup and delivery of customer packages Approximately 80 - 120 stops per day and up to 250km per day round trip Scan shipments accurately, count the number of stops and note all special services during loading. Pay particular attention to quality and operational processes and standards. Load and unload vehicle Perform additional pickups and deliveries as required Accurate completion and daily submission of required documentation Build positive relationships with customers

Key Requirements:

Possess a valid driver's license at all times Ability to pickup and deliver all packages associated to the route or as required Pass a criminal record and employment background check to be eligible. Ability to work with a sense of urgency in a deadline-driven environment. Must meet and maintain standards set by MKW Logistics Group Must be able to lift 80lbs.
