Responsibilities

Coordinate with various areas of the business to manage and execute timely and accurate deliveries to customers Review the upcoming delivery schedule to ensure vehicles are properly prepped for delivery day Communicate effectively with sales staff, managers, and customers to coordinate delivery times and mitigate any delays or challenges Ensure vehicle standards are met prior to delivery and customer pick up Maintain accurate documentation related to deliveries, inventory, and vehicle logs Conduct routine inspections of delivery vehicles and equipment to ensure safety standards are met

Requirements

Strong collaboration skills for effective coordination with team members and customers Customer service oriented Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and scheduling Ability to communicate clearly, effectively and in a professional manner Physical ability to perform moving tasks throughout the workday Valid driver's license suitable for commercial driving responsibilities Ability to move items safely using proper techniques and equipment
