This position plays a vital role in maintaining our high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and fostering long-term relationships with our clients. If you excel in communication, organization, and creating memorable customer interactions, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities



Coordinate the smooth preparation and delivery of new and pre-owned Audi vehicles Confirm all documentation, features, and accessories are accurate and complete prior to delivery Provide a professional, engaging vehicle orientation--explaining Audi technology and features with clarity and enthusiasm Serve as the client's primary point of contact, addressing questions with confidence and exceptional service Work collaboratively with our sales and service teams to ensure a seamless, premium customer experience

Qualifications



Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect naturally with clients Strong organizational abilities and comfort working in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering excellence Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Previous dealership or automotive experience is considered an asset
