Delivery Coordinator

Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI)

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate the seamless preparation and delivery of new and pre-owned vehicles to customers Verify all paperwork, features, and accessories are accurate and complete before delivery Provide a thorough orientation of each vehicle, clearly explaining key features and technology Act as the customer's go-to contact, answering questions and addressing concerns with professionalism and care Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure smooth transitions and consistent customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills--able to connect with people easily Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Previous dealership or automotive experience is an asset
