We are seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting goods to various locations, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining excellent customer service. Duties

Safely operate delivery vehicles, including commercial trucks and vans, to transport freight and goods to designated destinations Verify delivery orders and ensure accuracy of shipments before departure Navigate routes efficiently using GPS or maps to meet delivery schedules Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly Assist with freight handling, including loading, securing, and unloading items of various sizes and weights Maintain accurate delivery documentation and obtain signatures upon receipt from customers Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations during transportation activities Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing any concerns professionally

Experience

Basic automotive repair skills are advantageous for troubleshooting minor vehicle issues Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required Experience with freight handling and logistics operations is beneficial Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently is desirable
