We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Deli Associate to join our team. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve deli items, including meats, cheeses, salads, and sandwiches according to established recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the deli area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Assist customers with their selections, providing recommendations and answering any questions regarding menu items. Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately while providing excellent customer service. Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed to ensure product availability. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations during peak hours. Follow food safety guidelines in food preparation and handling.

Skills

Previous experience in the restaurant or food service industry is preferred. Strong cash handling skills with experience in cashiering and operating POS systems. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and willingness to help others are essential for success in this role.
