Reporting to the Deli Supervisor, the Deli Clerk is responsible for preparing salads, meats, sandwiches, pizzas, and other foods, providing prompt response to Deli customers, delivering world-class customer service, ordering, and stocking deli merchandise, merchandising and displaying products, and practicing good housekeeping and sanitation habits while maintaining department cleanliness.
Qualifications: Candidates must demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work well within multi-generational teams, and a commitment to exceptional customer service. They must also have the physical ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs (22.5 kg).
Preference will be given to individuals with Deli experience or knowledge; retail experience is preferred.
