We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Deli Associate to join our team. Responsibilities

Prepare and assemble deli products according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation Assist customers with selections, answer questions about products, and provide excellent customer service Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including food prep stations, display cases, and equipment Restock shelves, organize products, and ensure proper labeling for easy customer access Uphold food safety standards by following proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality

Skills

Food preparation skills with knowledge of food handling and sanitation protocols Experience operating deli slicers and scales. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and create a welcoming atmosphere Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment typical of quick service. Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation procedures Previous experience in food service, grocery stores, cafes, or retail environments is preferred Excellent time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously Team player with a positive attitude committed to delivering exceptional service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
