Reports to:

Operations Supervisor

Description:

Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, this role requires a keen eye for detail to ensure quality work and excellent organization, as well as exceptional interpersonal skills to work positively with field technicians and operations management.

Responsibilities:

Ability to handle the deficiencies on site

,

such as painting and drywall repairs, caulking, silicone, countertop repairs, mullion restoration, cabinets, flooring, and stain steel refinishing.

Understanding and supporting the successful implementation of quality control and safety standard protocols.

Communicating effectively with higher level management to ensure that the activities of the organization are running efficiently.

Ensuring basic tools and machinery are in working order by performing regular inspections.

Skills Required:

Technical Skills:

-Required:

drywall repairs, painting, silicone and caulking.

-

Experience is an asset:

floor repairs, tile repairs, stone restoration, mullion repairs, cabinet and millwork repairs and alignment, countertop repairs and refinishing, bathtub repairs and scratch removal, stainless steel refinishing, spraytex ceilings, damage prevention, quality control, carpentry.

A self-starter with a willingness to ask questions and find solutions;

Ability to work independently and in cooperation with the Operations Supervisor

Effective communication skills;

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines;

. Attention to detail skills;

Tech experience is an asset

Knowledge of or experience in trades and maintenance work is desired. Minimum 1 year of construction industry experience, preference for deficiency experience

BC Driver's Licence is an asset

Familiarity with SiteMax software is an asset

Salary: $26.00-$35.00 per hour
