PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT

This position is accountable for delivering bulk and packaged Diesel Exhaust Fluid (\'DEF\') product to assigned accounts throughout Ontario. This position also represents the Company in a professional manner and provides exceptional customer service. This position requires appropriate licences and certification.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Responsible for delivery of bulk and packaged DEF product in a safe and efficient manner.

Ensures customer goodwill and satisfaction.

Ensures delivery of product is on time and meets customer expectations.

Ensures company policy and legal requirements are followed in the delivery of product.

Ensures all products are delivered into the appropriate customer storage vessel and/or facility.

Assists in the responsible management of company assets, specifically trucks, totes, etc.

Responsible for proper and safe loading of the assigned truck and unloading of product.

Responsible for the safe operation and maintenance of the delivery truck.

Responsible for daily inventory control and sales tickets.

Responsible for the collection of payment on deliveries to COD customers if/when directed.

Represents and promotes the company in a competent and professional manner.

OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS

Follows GROWMARK\'s Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program and Company Health and Safety policies and procedures, as they apply.

Performs all other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

Class A Driver\'s Licence with Air Brake Endorsement

Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience

Must be able to drive a standard transmission

Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs on a repetitive basis

Strong attention to detail

Effective communication skills

Strong work ethic and positive team attitude

WORKING CONDITIONS

Mostly outdoors and behind the wheel of a truck. Physical activity includes operating, loading/unloading equipment, inspecting vehicles and equipment, walking, climbing, occasionally in awkward positions, in an environment which may be characterized by changes in temperature. Working occasional irregular hours as needed; may include overtime, evenings, weekends, statutory holidays and on-call schedule.
