Duties and Responsibilities

Supervises our team who provide swim instruction based on the WD Swim School curriculum while having fun! o Enforces safety rules and regulations to prevent accidents. Makes rescues and administers first aid when necessary. Evaluates students' performance to ensure ongoing improvement Interacts with parents/guardians on the development of students' swim skills. Acts as an "ambassador" to ensure parental satisfaction. Uses problem-solving/creative thinking skills to identify and resolve challenges that students encounter. Inspects pool areas before and after each class for possible maintenance, cleanliness or damage issues. Reports issues to management as appropriate. Maintains and ensures proper storage of all pool equipment. Places and removes lane lines. Reports accidents and incidents to management. Completes required documentation an
d paperwork

Supervises and performs light cleaning duties such as tidying pool area, trash removal etc. Participates in training as required.
Requirements:

We require a commitment to work a minimum of (3) shifts per week - minimum 12 hours per week

Each WD Swim School is an independently owned and operated franchise. The respective Franchisee is the employer at each WD Swim School location. Each franchisee can set their own wages, benefit programs and terms and conditions of employment, which may vary at each WD Swim School locationOur busy department is seeking an experienced and driven individual with at least a year of experience in supervising a team of junior-level engineers. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, an ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks, and good knowledge of the latest technology. Responsibilities:

Collect and monitor the progress of work for the team. Call for help when you need it. Find a way to avoid repeating problems. Figure out how to complete new assignments on time. Find funding for your project.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
