Purpose:





This role will support the Recovery & Remarketing department. What defines success in this role is the ability to work as a team utilizing strong technical and decision-making skills and the ability to embrace change. This is a high-volume fast-paced environment where you require strong attention to detail and the ability to adjust to the daily needs of the group






Responsibilities:




Responsible for collecting recovery dollars on post charge off debts through settlements and short-term payment arrangements Assessing files for legal action, agency assignments, and repossessions Reviewing credit bureaus and customer financial circumstances to determine the right course of action to recover on outstanding debts Collaborating with the repossession and remarketing team to help determine if repossession of missing vehicles worth pursuing Reviewing charge off files to identify what actions have been conducted previously in order to determine the next course of action Conducting skip trace activities to locate missing debtors and motor vehicles to maximize recoveries



Requirements:





Must be able to work between 7am-9pm, Monday to Friday and Saturday's

Shifts will be determined on business needs, and are subject to change

Confident judgment Organized with excellent time management skills Flexible and adaptable to constant change Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to cope with high pressure and tight deadlines


Qualifications:





High school diploma or equivalent education required 1-2 years experience in recovery and remarketing or relatable field Intermediate skill set in Microsoft 365 & Adobe
