Position Overview:We are currently seeking a dedicated Debt Collector to join our dynamic team. As a Debt Collector, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients with debt recovery while maintaining positive relationships with debtors. Responsibilities:

• Contact debtors through phone calls, emails, and letters to negotiate payment arrangements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communication and payment agreements.
• Provide information and support to debtors to help them understand their debt and payment options.
• Collaborate with team members to develop effective debt collection strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing debt collection.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in debt collection or a related field is preferred.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ethical and professional conduct at all times.
• Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations is a plus.
• Proficiency in using debt collection software and tools.

Job Type: Part-time Salary: $15.00-$17.00 per hour Benefits:
