The ideal candidate understands dealership operations, is confident speaking with managers and owners, and thrives in a commission-driven, consultative sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and engage automotive dealerships (new and existing accounts)
Present training solutions for window tint, PPF, coatings, and related services
Educate dealership management on the financial benefits of in-house training
Conduct sales calls, meetings, and follow-ups with decision-makers
Build long-term relationships with dealer principals, GMs, and service managers
Customize training proposals based on dealership needs
Close training agreements and coordinate onboarding
Maintain accurate records in CRM
Collaborate with training and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery
Represent the brand professionally at industry events when required
Required Qualifications
Proven B2B or dealership sales experience
Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
Comfortable selling high-value services (training, education, consulting)
Self-motivated with excellent time management
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to work independently and remotely
Valid driver's license (if travel is required)
Preferred Qualifications
Automotive dealership experience (sales, management, F&I, or vendor side)
Experience selling training, services, or aftermarket products
Existing dealership contacts or network
CRM experience
