Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented

Receptionist

for our automotive dealership. The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, and comfortable handling administrative tasks while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:



Greet customers and provide a professional first impression Social media knowledge and creativity (posting, content updates, responding to messages) Answer and route incoming phone calls Manage dealership paperwork and filing Handle

Ministry of Transportation (MTO)

documentation and records Process payments accurately (cash, debit, credit) Assist with ownership transfers and related documentation Create vinyl stickers for vehicle pricing and display Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Assist management and sales staff as needed

Qualifications:



Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Attention to detail and accuracy in paperwork Professional communication and customer service skills Basic computer skills (email, documents, spreadsheets) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dealership or automotive experience is an asset
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.20 per hour
