If you\'ve got what it takes to be a natural leader, trainer and coach with a proven track record in the automotive industry than this is your opportunity to join us.About the Role:The Dealership Administrator is responsible for a wide variety of administrative duties in support of all Managers and departments within the dealership, with a particular focus on supporting the General Manager.Responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • Assist GM with time management functions, including maintaining the calendar, preparation for business meeting, assistance with communications and resolving daily issues that may arise.
  • Support Payroll and Human Resources including sign up new employees, onboarding, timesheets etc.
  • Tracking and maintaining of different reports for GM.
  • Attending various meetings, take minutes, distribute to appropriate people.
  • Fill out reports and send to appropriate people eg, new hire/terminations, Accidents, etc.
  • Update and maintain dealership programs and database (eg, AMVIC, STARZ, Dealersocket, PBS).
  • Create sales schedule and update as required (letting switchboard know of any changes)
  • Assist GM and Dealership with planning and organizing special events.
  • Review all documents, reports and correspondence for content, grammar, spelling making necessary edits.
Qualifications:
  • The ideal candidate will have 3 - 5 years of administrative experience; excellent organization and interpersonal skills; exceptional written/verbal skills with attention to detail, with the ability to multi task in a busy environment.
