KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Effectively process and track orders. (Via email and over the phone) Proactively manage the order book of accounts to ensure accuracy of orders and on time delivery. Handle issues in a timely and efficient manner by working closely with the sales representatives and their respective dealers. Develop, produce, and analyze various reports on a weekly basis to manage order books (availability, cancellation, allocation reports, etc.) Communicate and follow up when required with the distribution center, traffic, product, purchasing, and credit department.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES

College diploma in administration or related field; A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in customer service, hockey retail knowledge is an asset Strong knowledge of hockey products an asset; Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel; Ability to offer superior customer service; Strong communication skills over the phone and via email; Ability to provide solutions and resolve issues; Bilingual (French and English).
