We're seeking a reliable, detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and a background in automotive administration or accounting. If you're motivated, organized, and ready to contribute to a fast-paced dealership, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

:

Post new and pre-owned deals for our Auto and Motorsports Division accurately and on time. Balance and reconcile schedules related to deals. Prepare and submit monthly remittances for warranty and aftermarket sales. Record sales commissions with precision.

Skills & Competencies

:

Previous dealership accounting experience is an asset. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Familiarity with inventory management systems (PBS experience is an asset). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) or similar software. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Education & Experience

:

High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary coursework in business, accounting, or logistics is an asset). Previous experience in office administration, automotive accounting, or dealership operations preferred.
