We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Revenue Operation team and play a key role in facilitating and optimizing the pricing and quoting process for sales opportunities. You\'ll be working side by side with our sales, finance, and legal teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in the pricing and quoting process.

The right candidate should have prior experience in deal management, sales operations and/or finance, and have influenced major sales initiatives and improvement for companies you have worked with. You are known for your strong desire to learn and self-starter attitude, and you\'re comfortable working in environments where you have creative control to make things happen!

What you\'ll be doing:
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and oversee consistent pricing and quoting strategies for new and existing deals.
  • Develop and maintain effective deal desk policies and procedures leading to improved efficiency and effectiveness of the pricing and quoting process.
  • Continuously identify and explore opportunities for process improvement.
  • Provide training and support to revenue teams on the pricing and quoting process, resulting in fewer errors/inconsistencies and increased productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines related to pricing, discounts, and other financial terms, resulting in improved risk management and reduced legal and financial exposure. Ensure all required approvals are obtained and well documented.
  • Facilitate customer product activation by owning license assignments and activation in our internal systems.
  • Drive special projects in data quality assurance across contract/revenue reporting.
What you bring to the table:
  • 2+ years of experience in deal desk, finance, or related roles (pricing, contract management)
  • Proficient in Salesforce
  • Strong ability to process a high volume of transactions with accuracy and integrity
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with our internal teams
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and has a figure-it-out approach
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ is a plus

What you can expect from our interview process
  • Introductory calls: We will set up a 30-minute phone call with one of our recruiters and our Director of Revenue Operation, during which you\'ll have the opportunity to share more about your experience and interests. You\'ll also learn more about BioRender and the team you\'re interviewing with. Feel free to ask any questions throughout these calls!
  • Practical interview: You\'ll be completing a practical exercise so we can see your skills in action and give you a realistic role preview. This exercise will be conducted with the Director of Revenue Operation and another Exec.
  • Work history interview: This is a conversational interview with our Leadership team. They will review your past work and educational experiences in chronological order -
