• Description du poste

• Collaborer avec les \xc3\xa9quipes artistiques et de design pour cr\xc3\xa9er des animations attrayantes et engageantes pour des personnages, des cr\xc3\xa9atures et des objets en jeu stylis\xc3\xa9s.
• Identifier et r\xc3\xa9soudre des probl\xc3\xa8mes techniques et artistiques li\xc3\xa9s aux animations.
• Se coordonner avec les \xc3\xa9quipes charg\xc3\xa9es des outils et de la technologie afin de d\xc3\xa9velopper les solutions n\xc3\xa9cessaires \xc3\xa0 la cr\xc3\xa9ation des meilleures animations possibles.
• V\xc3\xa9rifier la qualit\xc3\xa9 des assets du jeu et apporter les am\xc3\xa9liorations n\xc3\xa9cessaires pour r\xc3\xa9pondre aux contraintes techniques, aux objectifs de performance et \xc3\xa0 la direction artistique.
• Collaborer avec les autres disciplines pour passer les animations en revue et s\'assurer qu\'elles r\xc3\xa9pondent \xc3\xa0 la conception pr\xc3\xa9vue.

This innovative game will blend the features of Action-RPG / Survival with unique elements of life-simulation games to redefine the genre and capture the imaginations of players worldwide.

• Role Description

• Collaborate with the art and design teams to create visually compelling and engaging animations for stylized game characters, creatures, and objects.
• Identify and resolve technical and artistic issues related to animations.
• Coordinate with tools and technology teams to develop the necessary solutions to create the best animations possible.
• Verify the quality of assets in the game, and make improvements where necessary to fit technical constraints, performance targets, and artistic direction.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to review animations and make certain that they satisfy their intended design.
• Meet project timelines and production schedules.
• Mentor Intermediate and Junior Animators.
• Document and communicate workflow and best practices to support consistency across the animation team.

• Required Qualifications and Skills

• High-quality portfolio of gamedev-relevant Animations, preferably with an emphasis on stylization
• Advanced proficiency in 3D animation software and workflows
• Expert knowledge of keyframe animation principles and techniques
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with other departments
• Strong ability to understand and follow technical and aesthetic requirements set by the project leads
• Knowledge of rigging and skinning characters and objects for animation
• Ability to create and refine character and object animation cycles and loops
• Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues with animation in the game engine
• Knowledge of scripting and programming languages for creating custom animation tools and scripts
• An excellent understanding of game mechanics as they pertain to animating characters and objects
• Educated on the latest trends, coupled with a strong perspective on how they relate to our current and future projects
• Effective time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines
