Job Summary


We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in office management, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities



Greet and assist visitors and clients in a warm and welcoming manner. Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately while maintaining excellent phone etiquette. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date. Maintain organized filing systems for easy access to documents and records. Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks as needed. Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members effectively. Provide clerical support including typing, proofreading documents, and preparing correspondence. Assist with customer support inquiries, addressing concerns promptly and professionally. Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications to create reports, presentations, and other documents as required. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies.

Requirements



Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role with a strong emphasis on customer service. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications. Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and office management procedures. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks. Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks. Bilingual candidates are highly preferred to enhance communication with diverse clientele. Previous experience as a dental receptionist or medical receptionist is a plus but not mandatory. Strong clerical experience with an understanding of basic bookkeeping principles is desirable. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
