Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to IHOP standards and recipes. Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining quality and presentation. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean kitchen environment. Assist in the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations before and after shifts. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and communicate needs to management.

Requirements

Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting preferred. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and teamwork mentality. Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.
