Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Daycare professional to join our team. This role is essential in providing a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and experience working with children, including those with disabilities. You will play a crucial role in fostering the development of young minds while ensuring their well-being.

Duties

Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development. Create and implement lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. Provide caregiving support to children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns. Collaborate with team members to develop programs that support children with disabilities. Observe and assess children's development and behavior to tailor educational approaches accordingly.

Requirements

Experience working in a classroom setting or similar environment with children. Background in early childhood education is preferred but not mandatory. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues. Ability to educate and inspire young learners through creative activities. Experience working with persons with disabilities is a plus. A genuine love for caregiving and nurturing the growth of children.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$32.23 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
