We are opening a

brand new licensed daycare

in the peaceful village of

Wabamun, Alberta

We're looking for passionate, reliable, and caring professionals who want to make a difference from the very beginning -- helping shape a high-quality program that families can trust and love.

1. Daycare Assistant Director

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with Alberta licensing standards Lead, mentor, and support a team of educators Build strong relationships with parents, children, and the community Manage enrollment, staffing, and program planning Maintain accurate records, safety, and quality assurance

Qualifications:

Level 2 or 3 Early Childhood Educator Certification (required) Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in childcare Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Current First Aid/CPR and clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector(Fees will be credited back to you after one year od employeement)

2. Early Childhood Educators (Level 1-3)

Responsibilities:

Provide nurturing care and meaningful learning experiences for children Create engaging, safe, and inclusive play environments Observe and document children's growth and development Collaborate with the Director and team to maintain high standards of care

Qualifications:

Alberta Early Childhood Educator Certification (Level 1, 2, or 3) / We support to take Level 1 certificate before starting the job if needed. Passion for early learning and child development Current First Aid/CPR and clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector (Fees will be credited back to you after one year od employeement)
